I like Mastodon quite a lot but the UI decisions they have been making do not accord with how I use the software just played this new Downpour and it improved my day. why not see if it'll improve yours? YOU ARE A ROTUND HAMSTER by Petra Szemán love posting stuff like this and it's like... unless you happen to know Petra you would not know that she is an actually very accomplished artist and i've seen her work at, like, shows at the Whitechapel and stuff. that's Downpour! @v i'm so sad I have a child and no time for games. but then I never managed to finish a Hunter run advice sought: so now i need to publicly list a phone number on the Downpour app store listing? where can i get a phone number from? i don't want to put my actual number there for obvious reasons.

@v You could use jmp.chat https://jmp.chat/ which goes over XMPP (might be USA/Canada only, not sure) @v I'm in the same boat and was looking into Skype as an option but now researching some options from these comments too the coding habit I'd most like to kick is being reluctant to try a thing and see if it works. I think experience is slowing me down, too often it has worked initially but then that working has turned out to be conditional on other factors I did not apprehend at the time. But also many times the quickest way to understand a system is to actually make it go, not just peer at the circumstantial evidence. here's a game to help you understand Copenhagen's geography https://downpour.games/~nicolas/guess-the-copenhagen-district extremely cute to see both of these games get posted at the same time: It's finally here! Downpour is out! Downpour is my tool for making games on your phone in literal minutes. Collage together images & text, link them up, then share online. No coding necessary! @v this reminds me... dug up some vague memories I have... of making games using the Gameboy camera photo gallery?? @v I *love* this. Downpour is just lovely and I can't wait to see more of what people will create with it! my game making app Downpour is coming out in three weeks time! you can sign up for the mailing list & see the shiny new screenshots here: https://downpour.games my friend Holly made a sweet Downpour game about looking at her very handsome cat https://downpour.games/~holly/where-s-madeleine "HyperCard has five user levels. Each level incorporates everything I feel weird that cameras come with built in AI that modifies the image! https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/11nzrb0/samsung_space_zoom_moon_shots_are_fake_and_here/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x wrote about the moon & my feelings about AI/photography https://cohost.org/v21/post/1167606-real-moon-fake-moon hello to the person reading this! i'm v, i'm an artist & game designer and also some other things. i'm currently making a approachable game making tool & social network called Downpour. i've had a cosy little account on Friend Camp for a while, but was missing talking in public on here! so here i am, let's talk. |
for me one of the best and most characteristic features is the CW labelling setup, which I like so much I wrote about (here : https://v21.io/blog/uses-of-cws) and now... they're making that ugly and unpleasant to use?
