OK, I seriously tried this for the memes and it didn't really work.

I used sketchfab.com/3d-models/tux-pe for the 3D model but the .glb version of it is borked so I tried using Blender to converting the .blend version to .glb but that messes up the model and becomes all grey.

For motion tracking, I tried github.com/virtual-puppet-proj which surprisingly worked after a lot of troubleshooting! But it only supports face tracking and not arm tracking, and the Tux model only has one head bone...
