@AntennaPod
Love the ability to set skip silence per podcast and to rearrange episodes in the queue manually!

I love AntennaPod :-)
any plans to support android Auto so I can easily play podcasts while driving (and control them from the car screen)?

So, it's late March. Just over a week until #GooglePodcasts gets sunset! πŸŒ‡

If you are using Google Podcasts and haven't looked into alternatives yet: now is the time. If you want to give AntennaPod a try, here's a guide written by fellow fediverser @alecm:

Yes, it is inconvenient to move. And yes, you will lose your playback history. But, as per @alecm's blog post:

> the pain here is all entirely and utterly due to Google. There ought to be an OPML Export button on the website. There ought to be an OPML export feature in the app

And, if we may add, there ought to be a way to export your full playback history.

@AntennaPod by the way: Listening to podcasts with Spotify or Apple Podcasts is crap too.

@AntennaPod
Not all tracking can be avoided.
There are analytics and 302 redirects in a lot of feeds. You have to be careful to not block them or you don't get the audio file in the end 😈

Dear Fedilab (@apps), @Tusky, @SubwayTooter and @tooot,
Is there a single intent on Android that we could call, to open a post in either of your apps (whichever is installed)? E.g. fediverse://fosstodon.org/@AntennaPod/109800312034968652 to open that toot (or allow us to display a warning/explanation if no client is installed). For further discussions @keunes is happy to engage :-)
