Finishing touches on our #solar pathway. Clean renewable energy to charge an #EV and no more getting wet walking into the house. Whew.

One of the #solar panels for the awning arrived with microfractures and larger cracks. It can’t be returned, resold or recycled because of manufacturing constraints. I asked if we could keep it because I had “an idea”.

I love my idea. We’re using a resin to solidify the cracks and now we have a #solarpunk table top. Next up is to recover chairs for outdoor use. The entire set was discarded in storage when we bought the house. #upcycle #furniture
