While I was dealing with the boxes of stuff that I retrieved from our old family flat, in order to make more room for my son's partner there, Ginevra rediscovered the first cat basket she had shared with Hester when they were little kittens 13 years ago.

At first she seemed a bit dubious about the pink and green soft toy snake curled around the top of the basket, but then taking a nap with a rattlesnake standing guard seemed to be an acceptable idea.

When I came back from Vienna last night, my son came with me, but since I was gone all day, Ginevra and Hester had to reclaim me, before they could give their attention to their second-favorite humen.

On this last #caturday of the year, Ginevra has decided that that I have done enough moving around for one day. I am now required to remain perfectly still in this comfortable chair.
