We live near a railway link and some incredibly noisy thing just went past - surely Butter, now's the time to go indoors?

The morning after #Caturday where you have to make loads of noise outside your human's bedroom door so they wake up and feed you. But if you are an #indoorcat you might be lucky and get the human to go outside to drink coffee so you can chill out in the car grass. Why don't the humans rush around this morning? #sundaythoughts 🌞🌞

Here's a story from Friday..
Shadow was sitting on the cushion mountain ( there's actually a tent stored underneath it) and Butter stalked her, and fought her. Then they went their separate ways. When we next looked at them they were sharing the cushion with their bottoms together 💜 and then Butter stretched out and Shadow moved round.
Such strange cats!

Somehow when the cats came here we ended up with a bonkers four little meals a day scheme.
With the hope that in September we'll both be at work and daughter away at uni, I'm attempting the two meals a day idea with them ( started because no one was about at lunchtime last week).
They are very unhappy about this, and keep insisting they are starving more than they used to say they were starving.

Being a black cat means Shadow Cat is invisible. If one should need to move the keyboard from the coffee table to the little sofa ( yeah because why should I, the non player, struggle to put it back in the box?) there would obviously not be a tiny space for a tiny cat - you can't see her there can you?

flash has distorted the image, it did take me 5 min to realise she was there!

#Caturday To understand this photo you need to understand we have a 1970s converted Victorian house, well 2 knocked together. An open staircase runs between the kitchen ( pictured) & dining room. After two years living here, Butter & Shadow cats have decided squeezing through the banisters to here is Best Fun. We had to move some things stored on there to make it safe, and this is them realising there's now room for Two Cats up high, Shadow is better at jumping straight into kitchen for dinner.
