 I put my sweaty pants on the table for a moment. The old gentleman instantly curled up on them. Later he pushed my MST3K popcorn box on the ground and scretched out. I wish I could pick him up and have him sleep in my lap, but he's still technically radioactive after his treatment. #cats #catsofmastodon The old gentleman Wäinö spent most of this week at a clinic and now that he's at home, can't get enough of cuddles. #cats #catsofmastodon Did a 6 hour road trip today to get the old gentleman back from a vet clinic that specialises in radiation treatments. This fellow will be slightly radio active for the next 14 days, but the prognosis is that he's now free of tumors and will still have a lot of miles on him left. #cats #catsofmastodon The old gentleman has taken over my side of the bed. #cats #catsofmastodon #caturday The old gentleman didn't appreciate the trip to the vet's for his shots and bloodwork. #cats #catsofmastodon Internet loonies, part II. Years ago I bought my Viking pin and made a video of our cats investigating it just as it had been brought in. The video description was something like "Our cats are always interested to see what pin I have bought today!" Then someone writes me a long explanation how cats don't really understand that it's a pinball machine and that they are only interested because it's a new object brought to their territory.
