Existing installs that update will identify as Solus 4.5 and fresh installs with a 4.6 ISO will identify as 4.6. This is due to the Usr-Merge attempt that prevents us updating our `baselayout` package before the repository epoch bump happens.

Congratulatory to the new release. 🎊 I can't wait to check it out and install it.

I follow Solus for a while now since the relaunch in 2023 and I'm pleased with the communication around packages, projects and releases. 👍

If all goes well and my hardware is supported I will be a new user and backer at the end if the month (->vacations).

Massive work done by Reilly on upgrading our @kde #Plasma to 5.27.4. It just landed in the #Solus unstable repo! Joey is working to bring you KDE Gears 23.04, with both arriving to a system near you during our next sync.🥳 - Josh
