PCBox 4.2.3 released!

PCBox is a fork of the 86Box PC emulator focusing on later hardware preservation and accuracy.

This release addresses bugs in the Pentium 3 and VIA C3 Nehemiah emulation that break Windows 8 betas, and also adds (currently disabled) SSE3 and NX bit emulation!
