I really like what Fediverse users are telling others about decentralisation and all that goes with it. It's wonderful that we have our own principles and position, and we are not "some clone of %social_network_name%".

And with all the hype around #Meta and #threads, it's just as important to let (new) users know what the risks are. An article "How to Kill a Decentralised Network (such as the Fediverse)" by Ploum was recently shared with me, from which I learned many new facts. I'm sure many of you have read it already, but I think it is worth sharing with everyone.
