A rectangular street grate has been painted a bright pink. It represents the ribcage of the rest of the pink skeleton that has been painted in stencil surrounding the grate. A few scattered autumn maple leaves are also on the ground around the edges of the frame.

The reason for the ghouls and ghosts is the ancient tradition long gone in Ireland of opening the graves of the recently buried so their souls could be released before Samhainn, this is where we get the ghoulish images of the dead from. The Jack O'lantern was originally a turnip because that was roughly head shaped
