If they had more specific ideas, I would be more convinced, but none of the stuff they suggest seems to actually require AGI nor does it address the reasons why we aren’t solving climate change issues right now.

@b_cavello @timnitGebru when AGI tells us that the way to solve climate change is to guillotine all the billionaires, what then? We've known this for decades, we don't need a computer to tell us.
