I do cross posting from multiple tools and my goal is to use tags to help in discovery of the content, as it is native to the AP experience.

So if it’s Fediverse related I add that hashtag, Food related I add that, etc

Fun fact: microdotblog only does title + link for blogs with a title. Shorter posts just look like regular mastodon posts.
