As have phone menus where you spend 5-10 minutes just listening to 'choices' and pressing 1 and then 7 and 5 and inputting customer numbers before you get near a human, all the while being interrupted by a robot voice reading their doubleyou doubleyou doubleyou website-address to you, as if you hadn't thought to look for the answer to your question there first.
