@PaulWay @spellingmistakescostlives tried to report through the local council as they had a number to call to report illegally parked vehicles, and they just hung up on me (was on hold for about 15 minutes to even talk to someone... sigh)... I get the feeling some councils are more pro-EV than others. They didn't even seem to understand the question.
@PaulWay @spellingmistakescostlives I sent a Snap Send Solve anyway, see if it makes any difference. Probably won't, nobody ever gets fined for the illegal rubbish dumping that happens constantly near my house, even when I've sent video evidence of the local restaurants doing it. But maybe car things are different because of the existing culture of parking fines...
