We had called the ranger who arrived and restarted the Windows computer. We had cash, but absolutely *had* to wait for the computer to update and book online.
@marjon Every time this happens, everyone and everything is just paralysed! The fact that they wouldn't or couldn't take cash even in this situation is a perfect example of this issue.
