@pelikans Our old friend capitalism must shoulder blame, but I think we're still responsible for the way we embed digital solutions in our daily lives. A residents' association could choose to share information by email newsletter instead of a proprietary Facebook group. The shop assistant could tell me the answer to my question instead of telling me to look it up on the website. It's become so normalised that people don't realise they are excluding anyone or seeming dismissive.
