  @JetlagJen The other side of it is being local and incrementally subjected to tourist-rate parking fees every time we go out - often to places that, previously, had no fees. But the lack of thought with parking machines is, I agree, ridiculous. |
@JetlagJen That's a great example. Well, not great to be in the situation, but this illustrates the kind of real-life scenario the designers didn't think of when going for an exclusively digital solution - no signal!
