I don't imagine many have even heard of this vital document.  @pvonhellermannn Thank you for reminding us what politicians once aspired to. @pvonhellermannn This toot with part of the UNDHR about parents having a prior right to choose the type of education their children receive was key in getting home schooling legalised in South Africa. @GinevraCat thank you, that’s really interesting! I was wondering about that clause @pvonhellermannn they put it as a wishlist before christmas but it will never come true as long as humans are in power. as long as -sociopathic- humans are in power. Most humans are not willing to kill for power. But unfortunately when rule by violence (military) is still seen as legit (much less a huge industry), the few who are willing to kill for power -will- use violence to grab at this form of sick stunted power. That never gets any mention in the for profit propaganda machines, nor in the other forms of education they desperately try to manipulate and control. |

Article 8
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
Article 9
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
Article 10
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
