 This whole Plagiarism and You(Tube) thing is funny because I see YouTubers clipping bits of news I post with zero credit, not even a mention of it coming from me or a link in the comments...all the time. A good amount of the time it's really big channels too. 4 comments
@BrodieOnLinux I don't think "because others don't do it" is a good argument to make though. We need to do better.  @gamingonlinux Sure, I try to include my sources but singling one person out for doing it because they're big isn't really helpful when it's a widespread problem @gamingonlinux I never understood this. It literally takes two seconds to cite whomever you got the information from or at least mention them in the description. |
