If we're going to roll over to Pipewire as the default everywhere that matters, can we please also have low-latency audio as the default as well?

Because setting it up for low-latency is still pain in the ass. It's better with pipewire, true, but I still hate it. But the default latency on the mic is killing me, I can't fucking monitor myself properly.

And I see no compelling reason why this should still be the case. Why can't everything just work.
