@SrRochardBunson our kitchen is on the warm side of an older house. Counter butter gets kinda gross.

Mostly cook with it anyway. Either "normal" butter or the Ethiopian spiced ghee

@olav fried or scrambled? I'm usually an over easy guy, but I'm down for delicious scrambled, too.

@SrRochardBunson Kat likes scrambled. I usually go for an omelet. Fried would probably be good too, but maybe the flavors not as strong (can't hurt to try :) Poached might be better, but I usually poach in a chili paste.
We eat a lot of eggs lol
