@operand@todon.nl @operand That's... impressive. I was expecting my reader (zbarimg) to fail at reading it, but... it worked. Somehow. Genuinely impressed. @operand @operand I'm too lazy to make it but: An image of atlas holding up the world, captioned respectively "forward error correction" and "marketing departments' ideas for cool QR codes" It's a working QR code that links to public transport information designed to resemble a public transport network infographic. I like it very much, actually. 😃 @operand@todon.nl I really hate it when people try to get clever with QR designs, my phone really doesn't like it, and it's not fashionable to include the URL next to it @Mehrad @operand @rstats The latest version of qrcode has a coordinates() function. It returns the coordinates of the dark elements of the QR code. That would be good starting point for creating fancy QR codes. https://thierryo.github.io/qrcode/reference/coordinates.html |
@operand It... actually worked. I had to basically make it fill my whole 27" monitor cause of the reflections near the top-left corner, but my phone eventually picked it up
