@mhoye @Gargron shared block lists *with annotations attributed by source*, please please please. The message signing performed by ActivityPub makes it uniquely useful for this purpose.

I absolutely do want federated, automatically updated block lists; I also want to know who, when, and why for every entry, and I want that trail of accountability to (be able to) track back to the blocker author rather than terminating at site admins or moderators.
