@nikitonsky had to boot into windows 10 for cross-platform development reasons for the first time in months, haven't seen anything quite this bad but the whole experience is similarly shoddy. Thankfully I learned you can turn off their "periodic welcome experience suggestions" in the settings. Absolute dogshit OS, can't believe I stuck with it for so long.
