There are 2 things people should take care to evaluate when joining an instance. The community they want to host (eg special interest), and how well it is admijistered (moderated) based on its rules and (whispers...) blocklist.

This introduction has stated the intended interest they want to serve. Check.

However his thread is full of critique of the administration AS PRESENTED. No reading between the lines.
