Most accessibility issues can't be automatically checked, the way HTML can be validated.
It's very good idea to have an easy way for people to report problems they encounter, and to *ask* people to report accessibility problems. One way is to link to an accessibility statement from the main navigation or the footer of every page and have a contact method there.
