I personally use FreeTube on desktop and LibreTube & NewPipe on mobile. Didn't even knew Google was banning adblockers until I saw news about it.

@singletona @yogthos Yeah, I tried watching YouTube without a blocker and it made the YouTube experience feel worse than broadcast TV. (At least the broadcasters can set the breaks so that they don't bust into a show mid-sentence...)

@stevenaleach oh youtube started making a popup complaining about adblock, I started seeing it today on FF with uBlock, I just ended up adding a rule for blocking the element initially, but blocking the js source is even better :)
