Not only is it possible, I personally have gotten 7 boosts and 14 favorites on a single post!

@gamingonlinux I would say it is, I had a toot some time ago (I think it was about an influx fail), that was quite public.
There have been several toots, which had more success than the same tweet on that other platform.

@gamingonlinux I had one go a little wild a couple months ago. 600+ boosts and 900+ stars. I've definitely seen others with way more boosts, but nothing else close to the boost/star ratio on that one. It was just a low-effort dunk on the Chrome browser.
