 @mike You’re likely more correct than me since you’re spending the time on it. I think Threads has been a recent good example of shipping what you have and shipping often. We will see how they handle that release cadence with federation. Or, if they do! |
@cdevroe Good advice. We are indeed looking for ways to stage this work in phases but that has proven harder than we thought.
Seems like federation is an all or nothing proposition from our vantage point.
