@gamingonlinux they've already proven they're not to be trusted. Pray they don't alter the deal further. @gamingonlinux Interesting how much they eased off. I was really curious about the per instance fee they were claiming and were absolutely grilled in the tech news over. Still a shame they burned all that goodwill. @gamingonlinux I still wouldn't make a game with unity in the future, but this is great news for developers who are late into development of a game and couldn't change the engine without spending a lot of time or money. @gamingonlinux I honestly wonder how this will affect digital marketplace sellers and avatars in something like VRChat. Would the 2.5% revenue share be passed along to the seller/creator of the asset? |
