 @b0rk sadly I suspect way too many teams overvalue the blatantly tangible output that can easily be ascribed to a single person instead of the less visible benefits of the people who make a team high functioning. I liked your comic because it highlighted the other competencies that really make a good developer. @b0rk how about, for your missing panel, the people who can translate neurotypical into nerd and back again. |
