@gamingonlinux still don't understand why. I had a lot of fun playing it

@gamingonlinux and just about to crack the TOP 15 of the games most played on Steam atm! lol just an FYI

@gamingonlinux I loved OW1, it was a fantastic game with a very fair payment model. Game cost $40 but you could unlock cosmetics by simply playing. You could buy lootboxes to speed up the process.

Then they axed OW1 and replaced it with OW2, made it free to play, and took away most of the abilities to unlock free stuff. Something that was quite fair to the consumer that I had paid for became something very anti-consumer. The PVE was a gigantic bait and switch as well.

@CalcProgrammer1 Agreed. I still love the gameplay and characters but their monetization switch and pve drop annoyed me a lot

@gamingonlinux Most infuriating thing (aside from it being terrible), I don't have the game installed, don't want the game installed, but couldn't run WoW from the BattleNet launcher without dismissing a stupid OW2 ad. Never happened with any other promo message before. Even killing the client, then reloading didn't make it go away, you *have* to click the X to close the ad before being allowed to interact with the window.

@gamingonlinux Those reviews mean nothing, there are 50k people playing it right now on steam... People, if you want to punish blizzard dont people their games!

@gamingonlinux well deserved! :D

I absolutely loved first overwatch, but 2nd feels like an attempt to predatory monetise a corpse of former game

@gamingonlinux one of those games like League, DOTA, Destiny and CoD where they're monstrously popular but whenever you encounter people talking about it it's nothing but complaints
