Gregory's Server@nikitonsky restarting the computer should help. Is there a stray FileSystemWatcher watching this directory? Or a process that has this directory as current? I remember the symptoms, and remember restarting helped, but don’t remember what is going on.
@KirillOsenkov I suspect it silently switched accounts when I logged in into Windows Store. I used to have local acc and now it’s microsoft acc
