Some tips and advice:
-don’t rescue Gale, it’s just not worth it, really, like REALLY
-collect torches, you will need them later to progress in Shadowlands
-Volo WILL NOT cure you, don’t trust his “experience”
-depending on who you are cosplaying, Wyll is one of the best party members along with Karlach and Astarion (this is my imho, May not be so for everyone)
-not every obvious enemy is an enemy, some will not attack until you provoke
-skills that let you talk to the dead, animals and read people thoughts are must have in your party to find the secrets that May otherwise not be found
-having superior athletics skill lets you jump to some of the places that have hidden treasures
-search every corner and chest, you may be surprised
