@benjancewicz this is in my home town of Boulder Colorado! Boulder is/was very much a hippie town. Also Colorado (and Washington) was the first state to legalize recreational weed in 2012!

I used to work about a block away from an industrial hemp farm. They had a massive chain fence around the place and signs ever 5 or so meters explaining that this was industrial hemp with NO THC in it. They company went bankrupt in under two years, because people kept breaking in and stealing the hemp.
