Talk about a PITA though. https://docs.github.com/en/authentication/keeping-your-account-and-data-secure/removing-sensitive-data-from-a-repository @bikerglen it’s a wild thing, to go form making your own commits to private repo with no worries for safety, to publishing to public and all of a sudden you have to sanitize your code lol @tekeous I included my pushover.net token in a commit at work when writing a script to notify that a batch job on the grid was done. My coworkers had a great time sending useless garbage notifications to my phone until I changed the token. |
