 @elilla @leomeloxp try treating your phone like it's landline. i leave my phone at home a lot, cause i don't want phone calls everywhere i go. i miss the days of when, if you couldn't reach someone by phone, then you simply could not talk to them until they return home. 3 comments
@elilla @crashglasshouses I'm on a similar boat. I've already have managed to make my weekends mostly mobile free (unless I go somewhere at which point I take my phone because of payments, etc). I even made a reading/journaling corner in my room but the issue is that I usually take my laptop there and use it to catch up on emails, chores not related to my day job, etc... find a tree nearby. that's your reading tree. not too far from home, but not so close that all of the things can grab your attention away. |

@crashglasshouses @leomeloxp the problem isn't leaving my phone at home, it's where to go to and how do I get there in time that I can have a couple hours of reading after I'm off the clock of my own job.
