Does anyone know about French (#SNCF) passenger rights or has done that once?

After a long search here sncf.com/en/customer-service/d found a website that seems to be good, then you have a totally broken chatbot that answers the question if he speaks English "No, kidding, of course not"... or a Salesforce web form that does nothing at the last step (it loads and then everything ends)...

Someone says that Deutsche Bahn is broken arrg...

This stupid #sncf #chatbot is so useless, it does not even speak English and just answers stupid stuff…

Two times asking for English language one time in English, one in French. Answers are "I don't understand it" in French and "sorry not yet, I hope to learn one day" and a wink emoji.
