@wekeys @rysiek, that's why I use StevenBlack's hosts list (on GH) and then added a lot of domains on my own.

Now I feel like we need support for an `/etc/hosts.d` directory, it would do wonders when it comes to organizing these blocked domains. But yeah, `cat my-hosts.d/* > /etc/hosts` works, if you really need it to.
