Seems you do what you do is driven by popularity stats. Mastodon doesn’t cater to this like Twitter. Its analytics are poor in both comparison and quality.
Look at your “Twitter popular” followers on Mastodon. You may be doing better than them in follower counts because you engage on Mastodon more (discovery).
Its still a smaller pie. It’s currently about how big your piece when comparing to your Twitter past.
