Gregory's Server@jfml I'm not sure what you mean. When you open an existing file, modify it, and then hit the save icon, it saves at the location from where you opened it.
You not paying attention (by your own admission) is hardly Krita's fault.

@Gremriel Well not that I'm testing it it *obviously* works ^__^ But I'm super sure that sometimes it opens a random folder that I used a week ago, I save my new picture there and then wonder why it's not in the folder for the new picture. Weird.
