@klardotsh @rostiger oh glad i am not the only one considering this! thanks for buying a copy as well y'all 🥰 :flonshed: @rostiger 😊 and re limit, yes! the sales limit is further down on the page, i set it to the slightly arbitrary number of "350" sales (would be ~1 month of a lower end developer salary around these parts) i'll keep updating and selling selling binary builds after that point (if we reach it 🤯) but will just also make a repository with an appropriate free software license available alongside the itch.io page :> |

I'll be curious to see how this model works out - it's one I've considered myself if i ever have sellable software assets (since, yeah, FOSS is horribly broken by default and extremely few successful examples seem to exist of how to live off of it - my current co. is partially open-source, but took VC funding to get there, which is its own mess)
