@mo so you're against, for example, limiting criminals in their right of freedom of movement within a country? It is, after all, one of the rights proclaimed by the Declaration of Human Rights (article 13).
I agree with the spirit of your argument, but it seems way too oversimplified.
@mo I should make clear that by "criminal" I meant "a person who denies others their rights". If a "criminal" in this case is just "a person who is accused of a crime", then the argument is 100% right - this alone should not be a basis for denying people rights.
