@yojimbo @deadbeefmonster @maddiefuzz they've also started sending obfuscated links when somebody shares a location with you from their app like maps.app.goo.gl/ajibs73bs or sth (not a real link) so you can't open them from alternative apps, nor in the browser (and doesn't even include the coordinates to hack through it), forcing you to download their app. |

I'm getting closer to going google-free every year, turning off features; and bad-faith moves like this act as a good reminder for why I'm doing this ...
