I have two text files in my Downloads:

"security-key.txt"
"security.txt"

I have no idea what they were for, or what the keys inside were for. Oh no.

Gonna have to keep them in my downloads for the next few years. It's like keeping all those wires in a box I will never use ๐Ÿ™ƒ ๐Ÿ™ƒ ๐Ÿ™ƒ

@gamingonlinux Just one box? Teach me sensai. I have two Rubbermaid tubs, sorted into Ziploc bags, and I consider that minimized!

@gamingonlinux security-key.txt sounds like Matrix/Matrix SDK to me.

security.txt sounds like you accidentally downloaded a .well-known/security.txt, e.g. from
supabase.com/.well-known/secur
?

@gamingonlinux I got a box for bits of wire too short to be of any use. It's right next to, but not, the bin. ใ„Ÿ(ใƒ„)ใ„

@gamingonlinux Theorem 1: The number of items of a certain kind you will end up needing is always N+1, where N is the number you decided to keep when cleaning up your stuff.

Corollary to Theorem 1: Up to and until you clean up your stuff, the number of items of a certain kind you will need at any moment is always N-1 or less.

@gamingonlinux only until you get rid of the box of wires. The week after youโ€™ll be kicking yourself because you needed something out of it. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

@gamingonlinux copy them delete the ones in downloads and see what breaks

@gamingonlinux to be fair. The minute you throw the box away, youโ€™ll need at least 5 cables from it.
