possibly a specific linux problem

@efi maybe you should check that out. next time, try running inkscape from the command line to see its output.

If you can test Inkscape 1.3, I added a new crash report screen where you can see the backtrace and can paste it into an issue. The idea is that we should never have a crash like this... and when we do we should be able to fix it.
