I am fairly certain that my current job’s benefits of salary are overweighted by all the stress and constant “being behind the schedule” due to obvious lacking of one person in the collective which our superiors don’t want to admit. It creates constant late hours and pressure on existing employees, especially when some go on vacation. Even then the superiors are poor at finding summer replacements.
What I am saying is… I really should be looking into finding another job. Yes
