@sylvia_ritter Ugh, that's annoying, sorry. I guess you could file a DMCA notice to copyright@amazon.com or even by mail (ref: https://dmca.copyright.gov/osp/publish/history.html?search=Amazon&id=1ebe1fdacbb421b3c6741af80ba00fd6 ), but I assume you've found that too and still had no success. 😞 Good luck! @aschmitz Yes, I tried this too, but it's on Amazon.in. I was told the infringement form is not the same on all subdomains, which isn't true. This issue can be found in general. The customer service via chat told me they would contact the seller to resolve this issue but to be honest I never had luck with large Indian selling platforms. So my hopes are low. I just wish they would fix the problem within the infringement form so that others don't have to go through this ridiculous process. @sylvia_ritter Ah, bleh. Hate it when companies hide behind "that's not me, that's me with a fake mustache!". I hope it works out though. @aschmitz Just as an example IF these would be your images, you could only report the images above the "product description" area via this form. https://www.amazon.com/Gohyo-Blacklight-Waterproof-Painting-Halloween/dp/B09Q31P45R. Below this page part good luck with explaining to machines what the issue is here.. :/ |
@aschmitz Yes, I filled it in a thousand times 😔 but you can't report the images on the product description pages this way. "The specific concern is the image is used without authorization on the Product Detail page." only lets you select the images next to the main image. Not the images below in the description.
