@Meyerweb pretty sure they don't care anymore, they want it to be profitable or they're going to let it die, plus we don't have very many viable options anymore.

For KBin instances, go to https://kbin.fediverse.observer/list. kbin.social isn't on the latter list because it has 120k people, Cloudflare is getting in the way of reporting, and the admin can't get a bigger server so he can turn Cloudflare off
